VP of Marketing at Incentivio

We are are looking for a VP of Marketing, and the ideal candidate will have a broad base of marketing experience and a proven record of success, with deep expertise in account based marketing, performance marketing, content marketing, product marketing, BDR management and marketing analytics. The VP of Marketing will be a part of Incentivio's executive team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Represent the marketing function on the executive team
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to meet company objectives, including demand generation & account based marketing
  • Develop annual & quarterly marketing plans and budgets
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals to execute campaigns and initiatives
  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to optimize marketing efforts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing goals

Job requirements

Job Requirements for VP of Marketing at Incentivio

  • Minimum of 10 years experience in marketing, with at least 5 years leading marketing teams
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience working in a B2B SaaS Series A, B or C company
  • Experience with Demand Generation and Account Based Marketing
  • Prior experience working with an agency or with an internal team to document and refine brand voice & creative direction
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing marketing strategies
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Experience in digital marketing and social media platforms
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Innovative thinking and a strategic mindset
