Job description
About Incentivio
Incentivio is a restaurant guest-engagement platform helping brands transform the way they connect with their customers. Our SaaS solution powers loyalty, online ordering, marketing automation, and AI-driven insights for restaurant brands across the U.S. We’re growing fast and looking for a strategic, hands-on marketing leader to scale our growth engine.
Role Overview
As Director of Marketing, you will own the strategy and execution of Incentivio’s marketing function. This role is both strategic and tactical: you’ll shape our brand, drive lead generation, and enable our sales team, while also rolling up your sleeves to build campaigns, analyze funnel metrics, and launch experiments. You’ll collaborate closely with sales, product, and customer success leadership to position Incentivio as the go-to partner for restaurants looking to modernize guest engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Leadership
Define and execute Incentivio’s marketing strategy across demand generation, product marketing, content, and brand.
Partner with leadership to set growth goals and measure marketing’s contribution to pipeline and ARR.
Build and manage a small, high-performing team (including SDR) and agency/vendor relationships.
Demand Generation
Own multi-channel campaigns (digital, email, events) to generate SQLs.
Work with the Director of Partnerships to drive partner SQLs.
Optimize the marketing funnel by segment, POS integration, and ICP.
Develop account-based marketing strategies for mid-market opportunities.
Product & Customer Marketing
In conjunction with Marketing Manager, lead go-to-market launches for new features (e.g., loyalty dashboard, AI-driven tools).
Create case studies, sales enablement content, and ROI stories with restaurant brands.
Partner with Customer Success to highlight client success and advocacy.
Brand & Thought Leadership
Position Incentivio as an innovator in restaurant loyalty and engagement.
Own PR, social, webinars, and industry events (e.g., FSTEC).
Develop messaging frameworks that differentiate us from competitors.
Analytics & Optimization
Track KPIs including CAC, LTV:CAC, funnel conversion, channel ROI, SQLs by POS partner, and brand awareness.
Run structured experiments to improve performance across channels.
Report marketing performance and insights to the leadership team and board.
Job requirements
8+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, ideally in restaurant tech, hospitality, or related verticals.
Demonstrated success building demand generation engines that drive measurable ARR growth.
Strong background in product marketing, positioning, and storytelling.
Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and event marketing preferred.
Analytical and metrics-driven, with comfort presenting to executives and boards.
Experience managing and growing a small team in a startup environment.
Excellent communication skills, both strategic and tactical.
